Registration

Kashish Yoga reserves the right to refuse admission to Yoga Teacher Training, workshops or classes. Problem makers may be admitted to training at the discretion of Kashish Yoga. Kashish Yoga requires that all trainees attending our Teacher Training program have a stable internet connection and a functional device Laptop, Tablet, or Mobile Phone.

Use of Information

Kashish Yoga takes the privacy and security of our students very seriously. Information collected is used strictly by us to provide our services to you and as is required for the provision of our services. Information submitted to Kashish Yoga may be shared with administrative staff and teachers solely for the administration purpose and teaching. Trainees understand that Kashish Yoga engages in social media networking, such as Facebook, Instagram etc. as part of the company’s promotional endeavours, which may involve sharing of photos or other information. Kashish Yoga may contact graduates in the future about upcoming events and opportunities. This will require the use of trainee contact details. If trainees are uncomfortable with this please make this known to the staff via email. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Policy modification

It may be necessary for us to review and revise these Terms of Service. Kashish Yoga reserves the right to review and change these terms and conditions at any time. If revised, changes will be posted here.

Program Modification:

Kashish Yoga reserves the right to alter the program or schedule or curriculum and to select staff from a pool of qualified teachers depending upon availability per training.

DELIVERY POLICY

We shall provide you with the service through the zoom platform at your current location as provided by you during the process of application.

Your classes shall begin at an agreed date with you at the time of booking and shall be concluded within 1 month for 200 Hours YTTC [English & Spanish] and 6 Weeks for 300 Hour YTTC [English and Spanish]

We may at our sole discretion offer to extend your classes for more than 1 month or 6 weeks as the case may be to accommodate your current availability, however, this can be revoked by us at any point of time.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Kashish Yoga cannot guarantee your registration in the Teacher Training Course until the payment is made. Late registration depends on the availability of seats.

Refunds & Cancellations

Please note that no fees (whether paid in partial or full) will be refundable under any circumstances. In case the student decides to leave the course after the payment of the deposit or the full fees due to any reason, they will not be entitled to any refund of the fees paid under any circumstances.

Shifting at Future Date

You shall have the option to shift the course at a future date (within a period of 6 months) from where you left off, subject to availability and with sole discretion at our end. However, no requests for refunds will be entertained for the cancellation of the course at any time under any circumstances.

USAGE OF PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

Pictures taken during training, workshops or classes may be used in a promotional capacity such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, the organization website etc. By agreeing to these terms and conditions trainees give full permission for this information to be released.

Kashish Yoga retains no liability for use of pictures or videos taken by trainees of the training, the teachers or other trainees.

Photos and videos taken by trainees during training are deemed to be for learning and personal use only. Sharing this information with third parties or for financial gain without the full permission of Kashish Yoga is strictly prohibited.

USE OF MATERIALS

Materials that are part of any training, workshop or class including but not limited to the Yoga Teacher training manual, Kashish Yoga Website, Logos, Trademarks and web pages content are the property of Kashish Yoga. Using this information with third parties or for financial gain without the full permission of Kashish Yoga is strictly prohibited.

PERSONAL DATA

While using our Website you may be asked to provide us with personal data that can be used to identify or contact you. Personal data may include but is not limited to your name, gender, nationality, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or date of birth.

PURPOSE OF USE

When you provide us with your personal data, we usually use it to respond to your enquiry, provide you with requested information or register you for a course. We may store and use your personal data to contact you with newsletters, information on courses, and upcoming retreats. I am a seeker, I am a yogi, I am aware and, therefore, I further agree that…

• …I will embrace the opportunity to grow by both physically and mentally challenging teacher training course. I will not complain but take great pride and joy in the way I will be able to handle all demanding situations.
• …I alone am fully responsible for my transforming body and I will take loving care of it to avoid all injuries or accidents or physical health related issues that might occur during my training period whatsoever. I take full responsibility for my own health, all injuries or accidents and well-being during the course, and will not hold Kashish Yoga or any of the teaching or administrative staff or management staff responsible.
• …I will participate in all classes of the course to expand my knowledge and abilities. Further, I am aware that the curriculum is based on the guidelines of Yoga Alliance and therefore, requires all participants to show up, participate, and commit 100% to the course to graduate successfully. I am fully responsible for not missing out on a class due to any personal reasons of mine. In case I miss a class, I shall follow up with recordings which, I am aware, is available for a short period of time only.
• …I will not download or record any videos of any classes to publish on any online public portal or share with the masses through any other medium.
• …the fees and payment structure discussed with me before joining the course will not be altered in any way. In case, I have opted for fees payment in the instalment structure, I will pay the balance/instalments on or before the due date. Failing to do so, may result in removal from the course.
• …I will have a positive, open, curious, team-oriented, optimistic and trusting attitude. If I find myself behaving in a disruptive, rude or negative manner, or being complaining or manipulating in nature, I will accept myself as not being ready to continue my studies. In this case, the management has the right and duty to remove me from the course without any refund of fees to protect my co-students and the peaceful atmosphere of the school.
• …I am grateful for all the provided inclusions mentioned in my course investment. If I find myself not content with the same, I am free to make my own arrangements at my own cost without any refunds.
• …I am free to always leave the course before its conclusion for any reason whatsoever – personal or not. In this case, I dispense the refund of any fees.
• …everything I finalized with Kashish Yoga is an individual contract. The fees and services are an individual and single agreement and cannot be compared with that of any other student in any course.
• …I will complete all the requirements i.e. submit all my assignments and exam paper on or before submission date, failing to do so I am not entitled to earn a certificate at the completion of the course.
• …I am always welcome to discuss any issue with the management. Furthermore, I respect the privacy of the Management Team and will not bother them at odd hours.
• …the school might take photos during classes and otherwise for assessment, evaluation or to publish on their website, social media and other places. I agree and will be happy to help.
• …I will try to be present in the live classes as much as possible. If for any reason, I am unable to attend the classes live, I will watch the recordings of the classes within the stipulated time of the same. I am aware that the recordings are available for a period of 28 days from the day of the actual class.”
