Our aim is to guide and direct the yoga practitioners towards becoming highly professional and qualified yoga teachers in 15 days. Our Yoga Teacher Training Course is duly certified by Yoga Alliance International USA which is a certification that is accepted worldwide to teach yoga. Our courses are devised by experienced yoga teachers after an in-depth study of yogic texts.
Often we have heard that students have practiced the traditional Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. And they want to experience exclusively Yin and Aerial Yoga. Hence, we have designed a course which is focused completely on these three styles. Our asana clinic (alignment and adjustment) classes focuses only on the Yin and Aerial poses. We also cover anatomy and touch base with the Yin philosophy and also Ayurveda. Meditation classes are included to relax you at the end of each day.
Aerial Yoga, also known as Fly Yoga or Swing Yoga, offers a total-body workout using a hammock suspended 2-3 feet off the ground. This fabric hammock acts as a swing, enhancing flexibility and movement. It helps us understand our body better and provides major health benefits by allowing stretches and strengthening without stressing joints or compressing the spine. Ideal for those with back issues, Aerial Yoga supports all poses in the air, making asanas fun and effective.
Yin Yoga deeply relaxes the body, calms emotions, and stimulates vital energy in the meridians and organs through intense stretching. Using props like cushions and blocks, it helps release emotional blockages and physical tension. The practice focuses on relaxing muscles and stimulating connective tissues with prolonged, gentle pressure and deep breathing.

11:45 AM - Aasana Clinic: Master the art of Yin Yoga and Aerial Yoga through hands-on clinics, refining your postures and techniques.
1:30 PM - Lunch and Recharge: Savor a satisfying lunch, followed by well-deserved relaxation.
5:00 PM - Asana Class
6:30 PM - Tea Break
