Our Yoga Teacher Training Course is duly certified by Yoga Alliance International USA which is a certification that is accepted worldwide to teach yoga. Our courses are devised by experienced yoga teachers after an in-depth study of yogic texts.

THE 100 HOUR COURSE

Often we have heard that students have practiced the traditional Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga. And they want to experience exclusively Yin, SUP and Aerial Yoga. Hence, we have designed a course which is focused completely on these three styles. Our asana clinic (alignment and adjustment) classes focuses only on the Yin, SUP and Aerial poses. We also cover anatomy and touch base with the Yin philosophy and also Ayurveda. Meditation classes are included to relax you at the end of each day.

COURSE DETAILS

AERIAL YOGA

Aerial Yoga or Fly Yoga helps us to achieve a total-body workout, while being suspended from a hammock that is about two to three feet off the ground. In aerial yoga, this hammock which is made of fabric acts like a swing, allowing flexibility and easy movement. It is used to change our dynamic relationship with the ground, allowing us to understand our body better. Aerial Yoga or Swing Yoga as many call it, encompasses major health benefits by providing a workout that allows one to stretch and strengthen the body, without overstressing the joints or compressing the vertebrae. It is especially recommended for people suffering from back issues, as the hammock acts as a support system. You can try all the yoga poses suspended in air and the fun of doing asanas in the air is unbeatable.


YIN YOGA

Yin yoga teaches you to relax your body deeply, calm your emotions, stimulate the vital energy of the meridians (similar to nadi) and organs, while inducing a deep and intense stretching. Props such as cushions, balls, tiles are used to allow the body to enter deeply into the asanas thus letting the energy flow and remove the emotional blockages that lead to physical unrest. The purpose of yin yoga is to relax the muscles and stimulate the connective tissues by applying optimal tension for a while whilst maintaining a deep breathing pattern.

SUP YOGA

Dive into SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) Yoga— a unique blend of yoga and adventure on serene waters. Find balance and zen on a paddleboard, whether you're a yogi or beginner.

It's a joyful way to connect with nature and yourself, floating, stretching, and smiling on the water!

Before Noon

6:00 AM - Revitalization Rituals: Cleanse and prep your body for the immersive aquatic experience ahead.

6:30 AM - SUP Yoga Odyssey: Harness the serenity of the Swimming Pool, Arabian Sea, or Back Waters in a dynamic SUP Yoga session.

8:30 AM - Breakfast: Energize with a nourishing morning meal.

10:15 AM - Theoretical Insights: Dive deep into SUP Yoga essentials, techniques, hacks, and strategies during engaging theory sessions.

11:30 AM - Aasana Clinic: Master the art of SUP Yoga and Aerial Yoga through hands-on clinics, refining your postures and techniques.

After noon

1:30 PM - Lunch and Recharge: Savor a satisfying lunch, followed by well-deserved relaxation.

3:30 PM - Aerial Insights: Uncover the intricacies of Aerial Yoga through theory sessions, uncovering essentials, techniques, hacks, and strategies.

4:30 PM - Aerial Mastery: Elevate your Aerial Yoga prowess with dedicated training, refining your techniques and enhancing your practice.

6:30 PM - Pranayama: Immerse in the art of breathwork, harnessing its transformative power.

7:00 PM - Meditation Magic: Delve into the realm of mindfulness, nurturing your inner equilibrium.

8:00 PM - Dinner and Restoration: Conclude your day with a delectable dinner and well-deserved rest.
