Given our Guru Nalin Sharma was born into a traditional Brahmin family, he grew up to be quite spiritual in nature. After completing his postgraduate degree in Electronics and Computers, he worked as a design engineer in elite organizations in US. He took early retirement from his professional life and settled in Rishikesh, India to study Indian spiritual scriptures related to Vedanta, Tantra, and Yoga under the guidance of several great Gurus. He has written books on Vedanta and spirituality. After ten years of his extensive sadhana, he now guides truth-seekers and teaches Vedanta, Tantra, and Yoga to the yogis-yoginis in process.

Yoga is a means to connect an individual self with the universal self.

Hey Sachin Ji what’s the difference between a Yogi and someone who is not a yogi?
Yogi Sachin: The former lives his life and the later spends his life.

Born and raised in a traditional Indian family, Yogi Sachin was introduced to yoga and ancient scriptures in his early childhood by his grandfather, who is a Sanskrit scholar. Yogi Sachin teaches human anatomy, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and meditation. And he is loved by his students for his calming presence and his ability to see the challenges each individual is facing within. He prefers using traditional yogic techniques where students are more encouraged to awaken their curiosity and desire to learn. In his words, a yogi is someone who makes yoga a part of their daily routine, who understands what’s right or what’s wrong, plus his face has a natural brightness too. He says that every human has to realise that our death gets certain when we are born. So, let’s try to do more with the help of self-discipline and the peace within. Let’s chase away the ego inside us, practice non-violence, simplicity and truthfulness in all aspects of our life.

Yoga and meditation help you discover your true self. It’s the only way to find the universe within you.

Started with a dream, our Yoga teacher Charan fell in love with Yoga in the early days of his college life. Intrigued by the challenging yogic practice of his brother Siddhartha, he finally decided to step into the world of Yoga professionally five years ago, when one night he realized that his job in Bangalore was not his actual calling, but Yoga is! After quitting his job at the age of 25, Charan Ji enrolled in a YTT Course, and that's when his true yogic journey began. He was finally able to understand the meaning of Yoga and could perform all the difficult asanas that he saw his brother doing but couldn't do himself.

What makes him a great yoga teacher is his understanding and acceptance that Yoga is universal and the teachings remain the same throughout the globe. But it's the teacher's attitude, personality, and vibe that makes the whole process more exciting and interactive for the students. He specialises in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga and makes sure that his students learn everything in detail without getting injured or bored, making him a beloved part of Kashish Yoga.

Yoga leads you to the path of self-enquiry, acceptance and finding the balance between continuous learning and letting go of expectations.

Born in a small village near Rishikesh, our yoga guru Jagjit Singh got influenced by his grandfather to take up the yogic way from early childhood. As he grew up he studied the yogic texts and values from the very childhood and went on to complete his masters in philosophy in 2011-12. He pursued his quest for knowledge further by completing his bachelors and furthered it with masters in human consciousness and yogic sciences in the year 2013-14. He also holds the E-RYT 500 status affiliated with yoga alliance international. He has been sharing his extensive knowledge of yogic philosophy, anatomy and pranayama and meditation techniques since 2008. He is also well versed with the therapeutic knowledge of yoga and ayurveda.

Yoga teaches discipline and consistency, both elements are combined together to create a perfect recipe of success, happiness, and contentment.

Yoga was always an integral part of Vishvajeet Ji's life as he was born and raised in a spiritual environment. His grandfather was a renowned yogi and a great Sadhaka of Goddess Gayatri, and that is where his interest developed and flourished. His grandfather taught him the basics of spirituality which begins when you learn to question yourself for spiritual awakening and growth. His elder brother Jaggi also played an integral part in his yogic journey as he showed him the path of Raja Yoga. By combining ancient techniques with modern meditation, Vishvajeet Ji has successfully taught over 2500 students in the YTT course in 4 years. He helped people transform their lives and also enjoys new learnings that come along with teaching yoga.
