At Kashish Yoga, food is much more than a meal. It is an integral part of your yoga journey.
Every day (except Sundays), our kitchen prepares three fresh, wholesome, vegetarian meals inspired by the principles of yogic nutrition. Our menus are carefully designed to provide sustained energy, support digestion, and nourish the body without creating heaviness or lethargy.
Over the years, one thing has remained consistent in our student reviews: they absolutely love the taste and quality of the food served at Kashish Yoga.
Support flexibility and mobility
Enhance digestion and energy levels
Promote mental clarity and concentration
Keep the body light and agile during intensive yoga practice
Our meals are designed specifically for the demands of a dedicated yoga practice.
One of the most common questions we receive is about protein intake, particularly from students who are accustomed to consuming meat, eggs, or high-protein diets. Rest assured that our meals include a variety of plant-based protein sources, including:
Lentils and dals
Chickpeas and beans
Paneer and dairy products
Nuts and seeds
Soy-based ingredients
Whole grains and legumes
The amount of protein included in our meals is sufficient to support the daily needs of an active yoga practitioner undertaking a teacher training course. Our objective is to nourish your body adequately while maintaining the lightness and flexibility that enhance your yoga experience.
We understand that every individual has unique dietary preferences and requirements. If you feel that you would benefit from additional protein intake, you are welcome to bring your own:
Plant-based protein powder and Oat milk, soy milk, almond milk, or other preferred milk alternatives
A blender is available in our dining area, and you are welcome to prepare your own protein shakes at any time.
Our kitchen team puts immense care into every meal served at Kashish Yoga. Many of our students arrive expecting simple vegetarian food and leave pleasantly surprised by the variety, flavours, and nourishment they experience. We believe that good food is an essential part of a transformational yoga journey, and we look forward to sharing our meals with you.
Once a week, enjoy a delicious sweet dish as a “cheat meal,” and twice a week, experience a mix of international cuisines to add variety and joy to your dining.
