However, Let’s begin with an Initial Experience of 2 Weeks!!
There are 112 Meditations which are explained by Shiva - The Supreme Consciousness to Parvati – The Supreme Power(Shakti) for enlightenment. We shall take you through several of them, make you experience and train you to self practice as well as prepare you to train Others.
True Experience of each of them will take several sessions, however we shall sow the seed in you to be aware as to how to practice them.
What styles?
This is a Specialized course. 100% focus will be exclusively on Tantra Yoga.
However, the whole course will be blended with Yogic practices such as
